* All private sessions include video and launch monitor analysis. They may also include using the BodiTrak pressure mat, and the HackMotion sensor, along with other specific and effective training aids.
**For supervised practice sessions, participants must have a place where they can practice, whether it be a home setup or purchasing practice time in an indoor facility.

BodiTrak Center of Pressure Mat
With the BodiTrak Center of Pressure Mat, we can view at any time during the swing exactly where a player's center of pressure happens to be and which direction it's moving. We can also measure the players' lateral and vertical forces. This is vital information for golf swing development.
